MB Com Ltd (known as MBCOM Technologies) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Midis Group which became Broadcom’s exclusive representative for the Broadcom Software portfolio in 2021 covering CA Enterprise and Symantec Cybersecurity, building on well-established relationships with CA from 2011 and Symantec from 2013. Geographically, this business is the exclusive representative for Broadcom Software solutions in more than 90 countries in five substantial territories: the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, Eastern Europe, and CIS.  This portfolio expanded in 2024 when Carbon Black was added to the Broadcom Software solutions.

MBCOM Technologies also established an exclusive relationship with Broadcom as a VMware by Broadcom representative in 2024, to manage the VMware business across Africa, CIS, South Eastern Europe and Levant. In 2025, Broadcom also engaged MBCOM Technologies as a VMware by Broadcom representative in Middle East (including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE), Turkey and Central Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia).

MBCOM Technologies operates through two proven entities – one covering Eastern Europe / CIS and one for the Middle East / Turkey / Africa (META). MBCOM Technologies’ is focused on boosting agility and local decision-making for Broadcom solutions, enabling better support for the channel and greater responsiveness to end customer opportunities.
